1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ResellIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ResellIQ provides:

  • AI-powered listing generation for resale platforms
  • Price intelligence using real market data
  • Inventory management tools
  • Trending item insights
  • Multi-platform listing support

3. Account Registration

To use ResellIQ, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for paid plans. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.

Paid Plans

  • Billed monthly or annually
  • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Refunds at our discretion (see Refund Policy)

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You May:

  • Use ResellIQ for legitimate reselling business
  • Upload product photos you have rights to
  • Generate listings for your own inventory
  • Export data for personal use

You May NOT:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Upload counterfeit or prohibited items
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our platform
  • Abuse, harass, or spam other users or support
  • Attempt to bypass security or usage limits
  • Resell or redistribute access to ResellIQ
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos, descriptions, and data you upload. By using ResellIQ, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide our services (e.g., generate listings, analyze images).

Our Content

ResellIQ owns all intellectual property rights to our platform, including software, design, algorithms, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

AI-Generated Content

Listings generated by our AI are provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing to marketplaces.

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy:

  • Price data is informational only, not guaranteed
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
  • Trending insights are based on available data and algorithms
  • We are not responsible for marketplace policy violations

YOU are responsible for compliance with marketplace rules and all final listing decisions.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESELLIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ResellIQ harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Abuse the platform or other users

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and data. We may retain data as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
